Day 1: Arrival in Sofia. Private transfer to the hotel. Dinner and check in 4* hotel. Overnight. (D)

Day 2: Breakfast. Visit the National Museum of History in Boyana district as an introductory to the tour in Bulgaria, panoma tour of Sofia, entrance in Alexander Nevski Church + crypt Icon exposition. Lunch. Proceed to Veliko Turnovo - the Mediaeval Capital city of Bulgaria. Short stop to visit Nikopolis ad Istrum roman city remains not far from Veliko Turnovo. Check in 4* hotel. Dinner and overnight. Day 3: Breakfast. Full day tour in the region: Tsarevets Royal Hill with the Patriarh`s church and Baldwin Tower (the leader of the 4th Crusade), Samovodska Charshia Street of crafts and workshops. Depart to Arbanassi Museum village. Lunch. Visit Konstantsaliev House and the Nativity of Christ church. Late afternoon to Preobrajenski (Transfiguration) monastery. Dinner and overnight at the same hotel.  (B, L, D) 

Day 4: Breakfast. Departure to Kazanluk. En route - short stop at Drianovo Monastery. Proceed via Shipka peak (crossing the central Balkan Range) to Shipka memorial Church. Visit. Lunch. Tasting of rose products in Kazanluk - the centre of the Rose Valley. Visit one of the Thracian tombs (the most popular is Kazanluk Thracian tomb included in the UNESCO list). Evening arrival in Plovdiv. Check in Trimontsium Princes 4* hotel. Dinner and overnight.  (B, L, D) 

Day 5: Breakfast. Full day tour of Plovdiv - the Roman Stadium, the Ancient Amphitheatre, the Ethnographic Museum - one of the biggest houses from the Bulgarian National Revival, having 130 windows, St. Constantine and Helena Church. Lunch. Afternoon to Bachkovo Monastery (the 2nd largest Monastery in Bulgaria). Dinner and overnight in Plovdiv at the same hotel. (possible afternoon visit of a boutique wine cellar, located in Brestovitsa village with wine tasting: supplement per person 10 euro)

Day 6: Breakfast. Departure to Rila Monastery. Lunch. Afternoon tour of Rila Monastery (UNESCO site). Arrival in Sofia. Continue with the tour. Farewell dinner with folklore program. Overnight.  (B, L, D) 

Day 7: Breakfast, free time and private transfer to the airport.
